To say that Asher has been enjoying his train table would be an understatement. It took Nick and I about 2 hours to assemble the whole table and track on Christmas night...we were both so tired, and he had work the next day, but we stayed up and built an entire city, complete with airport, helipad, train station, crane and three levels of railroad tracks. (and tons of other little pieces to move throughout the city, that Asher hasn't discovered yet ;)
And it was all worth it the next morning when Asher walked downstairs after breakfast to see his very own train table!
We played, blew our train whistle, yelled "choo choo" all morning long without any distraction. Asher did not leave the train table until nap time, and even then it took some convincing to get him to leave without a fight!
