Burf-day Pawties

So far this year our Saturday's have been filled with Birthday party after Birthday party. Asher wakes up telling us he wants to go to 2 (holds up 5 fingers) Burf-day Pawties.  Yesterday when I told him that we didnt have any more, he got very upset.  So we told him that we would have a birthday party for Aunt Sara next weekend in Charlay.  Now thats all he is talking about!

Williams (friend from school) birthday party kicked off the year at a place called Champion Kids.  It was a big open gym with inflatables, trampolines and kids toys.

There was even a little tots roller coaster.  I would have LOVED a toy like this as a little kid!

The next weekend we had Hudsons birthday party at LifeTime Fitness.  Basically a handful of toys, and a bunch of crazy toddlers running around a big open basketball court, playing with balls, pom pomps, hula hoops and a big parachute!

Later that day we had the Borkats open house.  Not really a birthday party, but another party that Im going to group in our crazy january worth of parties!   Asher was very excited to see Peyton...its been way too long and even got to spend some quality time with baby Drew!  You cant tell from the pictures, but in the first one he is kissing Peyton through the window, and in the second one he is going in to give Drew a kiss on his head!

Yesterday morning we had Bennett's birthday party at a place in Roswell called "Farmhouse in the City".   This place was super cool.  It was an old house that had different activities in every room.  There were boy and girl dress up rooms that had lots of costumes and gender appropriate clothes.  There were 2 rooms that were set up for painting and then all the other rooms just filled with random toys and activities.  It was way too cold to go outside but they also have some farm animals in the back.  We found out that this place is open to the public on certain days to just come and play.  Once Asher gets a littler older, and can focus on arts and crafts for a little longer, I expect to spend some time there being creative with my little man!

We wrapped up Birthday Party Palooza yesterday afternoon for Keller's birthday at a Bounce house in Canton.  It was nice because rather than one large open area full of inflatables it was split up into a couple of rooms so its was just the party guests and not a bunch of big kids running around.  Asher is not huge on the inflatables but gained confidence in the smaller environment.  He even climbed up the ladder all by himself...but once he got to the top didn't know what to do and just kept shouting "Help Me...Help Me".  So mommy to the rescue to slide down the slide with him.  Daddy even had fun to with throwback Galaga!

All these parties have my head swimming about possible ideas for Asher's 3rd Birthday!!
